He subsequently advanced his career by founding and managing his own litigation firm in Vanuatu, where he acted as Managing Partner. Before entering the field of law, Lee served as a Queensland Police Officer and as a Covert Surveillance Officer with the Criminal Justice Commission (CJC), where he gained significant insight into criminal justice and investigative processes.
